At Lokavaa Eco LLP, we strive to deliver eco-conscious, thoughtfully curated products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchange Eligibility:

– You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

– Eligible products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include a valid proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

– Personal care or hygiene items.

– Opened or used products.

– Custom-made or made-to-order items.

🔁 Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items once approved  we will delivered the products within 7 days. Contact us at care@lokavaaeco.in within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

💳 Refunds:

Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days of return approval to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Process:

Reverse pickup is available for select locations. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
